U8 - 45 min to 1 hour twice a week
U10 - 1 hour to 1.25 hour twice a week
U12 - 1.5 hour 3 times a week
U14 - 1.5 to 2 hours 3 times a week

3) Participate in fundraising - this is the only way the club can raise funds
4) Every head coach and assistant coach MUST have a concussion certificate and background check on file
